• We are accredited/recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), the Mississippi Commission on College Accreditation (MCCA), the Association for Biblical Higher Education (ABHE), and the Mississippi Department of Education (MDE).

• Any of our 15 Old or New Testament courses are accepted toward a supplemental endorsement in Bible.

• Any of our 20 Business Administration courses are accepted toward a supplemental endorsement in Business.

• Our class sizes are small, taught by qualified, helpful faculty; many courses are available online.

While teaching in the West Jasper School District, Bay Springs, Mississippi I was also a student at Southeastern Baptist College, Laurel, Mississippi. During this time, when my license came up for renewal, I sent my transcript from Southeastern to the Mississippi Department of Education, Office of Educator Licensure and was able to get my license renewed without question.

Although I do not currently teach, I am certified to teach elementary education & like to keep my license up-to-date. I recently took two New Testament courses at Southeastern, and my transcript was accepted by the MS Department of Education without question – renewing my license for another five years. As a Jones County resident, it was so convenient to complete the required coursework nearby!
