Tuition Payment

  • Login to Populi to make an online payment 
  • Cash or Check
  • Call the Business Office to make a payment over the phone

– VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards are accepted.

– The fee will be in addition to the payment amount. A convenience fee of 3% will be charged on all domestic credit card payments.

Payment Plan

To enroll in a payment plan, you must make an appointment with the financial aid office

Fall 2024
  • 4 month plan: payments are due on August 1, September 5, October 3, and November 7
Spring 2025

  • Enrollment begins November 4, 2024
    • 4 month plan: payments are due on January 9, February 6, March 6, and April 3.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • Plan is interest free
  • Payments may be made by cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express. If payment is made by credit card, a 3% convenience fee will be charged.
  • PLEASE NOTE:  Monthly payments will automatically increase if additional charges are incurred on the student account. Payments will automatically decrease if there is any reduction to the account balance. Student and, if applicable, the Authorized Payer(s) will receive an email anytime there is an adjustment to the payment amounts
  • If enrolling late, all missed payments are due at the time of enrollment.
  • Payment plan can only be set up for a semester at a time.
  • Payment plan must be set up for entire balance remaining on the student account. A plan cannot be set up for anything less than the balance remaining.

While credit and debit cards offer a convenient manner for students and parents to make payments on their student account, the cost to Southeastern for providing this convenience has grown to over $30,000 annually. In an effort to control the cost of attendance for all students, it was decided that the cost of the convenience of using a credit or debit card should be covered directly by the parent or student receiving the benefit of the convenience.

No, the convenience fee is non-refundable, even if the payment to which it relates is cancelled, refunded, credited or charged back.

Online. You can pay online through Populi by credit or debit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover). If you use a credit or debit card, you will be charged a 3% convenience fee.

By Mail. Southeastern will continue to accept checks for payment of student accounts via the mail. Mail your payment to the Southeastern Baptist College Business Office, 4229 Hwy 15 N, Laurel, MS 39440. Please include your student name on your check. SBC. will not accept or process any credit or debit card information through the mail.

In Person. You can pay in person by cash, card, or check at the Business Office.
