Campus Crime Statistics - Clery Act
The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act of 1998 (Clery Act) is a federal law requiring each college or university participating in federal financial aid to annually compile and report specific crime and fire statistics for the college campus and provide other safety and crime information to the campus community. The Clery Act requires the specific crime and fire statistics outlined to be made available to the campus community.
Pursuant to federal law, all current students, faculty, and staff are notified via email through the Populi system each October of their access to the Annual Campus Security and Fire Reports. Prospective students and employees may also request a copy of the Annual Security and Fire Reports.
Copies of these reports may be obtained in person from the Dean of Student Affairs.
