College Constituent Grievance Policy

    As a constituent of Southeastern Baptist College, you have the right to express concerns you have about the College and to expect them to be properly addressed by the College. You are entitled to courteous treatment by the president and a due process of grievance should you believe that you have a legitimate concern that you feel the College needs to address.
In the event you believe that you have been wronged in any way by the college, you should follow the procedure outlined below.

  1. Initial contact should be made to the president of the college. Explain your grievance and give opportunity for him to investigate and attempt to bring satisfaction.
  2. Should the president be unable to settle the situation to your satisfaction, contact the chairman of the board of trustees. His name, address, and phone number can be obtained from the president of the college and/or from the annual yearbook of the Baptist Missionary Association of Mississippi

    The board of trustees is the final source of appeals in matters pertaining to the college.
